CX-9900M Portable Direct Reading Spectrometer
Optics
The CX-9900M spectrometer can be applied to the elemental quantification and grade identification of solid metal samples. The optical system uses specialized optical detectors and covers the spectral range of all typical materials. The instrument is equipped with a mobile excitation test gun, which is suitable for the analysis of samples of different shapes and cannot be disassembled.
Seismic system
The CX-9900M uses an optical system that was previously only used on laboratory instruments, but has been specially modified to accommodate the needs of portable spectrometers. It can receive elemental spectral lines in the wavelength range of the design analysis with accuracy and stability. The individual components in the optical system, such as gratings or high-precision detectors, are well fixed and protected, making the instrument dust-proof, shock-resistant, and robust
Excite the gun
Standard excitation guns can be used either with a spark light source for accurate compositional analysis of alloys, including element C, or with an arc light source for material sorting and grade identification. The pluggable interface makes the changeover of the light source very easy and fast.
Electrodes and clamps
Electrodes and fixtures can be replaced quickly and easily without the use of tools. The transition from a spark source to an arc source takes only a few seconds. Equipped with a variety of fixtures to adapt to different shapes and sizes of samples, it is easy to inspect tubes, wires and other special shapes.
Interfaces
The CX-9900M mobile spectrometer is supplied with a dedicated power adapter and chlorine connection
Battery pack
The CX-9900M mobile spectrometer features a high-efficiency light source to save power, and can be powered by an optional battery pack, which can be excited hundreds of times on a single charge. The battery is placed outside the main unit for easy replacement, and the special adapter is quickly charged, which makes the instrument suitable for use in almost any situation.
knapsack
The equipment is equipped with a special backpack to ensure the safety and flexibility of the instrument, and can be easily and quickly transported to the designated operation site.
Smart calibration
The intelligent calibration function logic system displays and controls the status of the instrument, so that the instrument is not affected by changes in the external environment, eliminating the need for recalibration due to changes in location and temperature.
WINDOWS SOFTWARE
WINDONS IS EASY TO USE WITH A WIDE RANGE OF SUPPORT FEATURES AND OPTIONS. Hardware and software support for a control system with diagnostics to ensure correct operation by the instrument operator.
Scalability
Easy and quick to change and update, the ICAL logic system and innovative technology make it easier to adapt the instrument to changing analytical requirements, adding substrates and elements with only the need to add software and no hardware changes.
