1. CX-9800DUA is equipped with an additional excitation gun
The CX-9800DUA Handheld Excitation Gun Dual Excitation Stage Direct Reading Spectrometer ensures accurate identification of important elements due to its high performance and reliable design, as well as innovative optics and extended wavelength range, the CX-9800DUA spectrometer adopts a dual excitation stage structure, next to a fixed spark stage, equipped with an additional excitation gun, which can be applied to the elemental quantification and grade identification of metal samples, covering the spectral range of typical materials.
2. It is specially developed for large-scale inconvenient metal components
The instrument is equipped with an argon flushing spark table and an excitation gun, which is suitable for the analysis of samples of different shapes and sizes. Specializing in the detection of C, P, S, B and other non-metallic elements and inconvenient to cut large metal components. 3. Spectroscopic system
The CX-9800DUA has the latest encoder spectroscopy technology, which represents the optical reading spectroscopy technology of the digital age. The vacuum splitting system has up to 2400x8 pixels for full-spectrum reception in the analysis band. Each element is analyzed by multiple spectral lines, with comprehensive output, large dynamic range and accurate results. The placed detector satisfies the reception of all spectral lines in the analysis band without missing any omission, realizes the simultaneous measurement of multiple spectral lines of the same element, and automatically selects the output.
4. Incidence system
The CX-9800DUA enables the instrument to analyze ultra-low ultraviolet (VUV) spectral signals with ease by applying a special material to the direct light path incidence window.
5. Vacuum light chamber system
The CX-9800DUA spectrometer is designed with a special vacuum optical chamber system, which offers significant advantages over traditional argon filled optical chamber systems. First of all, there is no need to purge argon in the optical chamber in real time when the instrument is not working, which greatly reduces the amount of argon used and saves the customer's use cost. Secondly, the vacuum optical system of Creality Instrument ensures that the instrument can reach a stable working state in 30 minutes in the cold start (shutdown and restart) state, while the traditional argon filling optical chamber system takes 1-2 hours to reach a stable working state. The CX-9800DUA requires a well-designed and stable vacuum system due to the need to detect ultra-low UV spectral signals.
6. CX-9800DUA vacuum pump
The vacuum system loaded on the CX-9800DUA works with the latest generation of vacuum pumps and is equipped with a safety solenoid valve to ensure maximum safety of the vacuum system. The vacuum system of the CX-9800DUA can be loaded according to the customer's specified vacuum level. Through the digital display of the working software, the working status of the vacuum light chamber can be understood in real time.
