Incorporating VFDs (motor speed control for smooth rotation/positioning) and PLCs (automatic high/low speed switching via limit detection), it enables comprehensive functions including ladle rotation, lifting, weighing, and cover manipulation.

Safety features include rigid dual-drive redundancy for power failure/equipment fault mitigation, ensuring operational integrity under 300-ton ladle loads.
