Tundish Car

A specialized transporter supporting the tundish, engineered for triple-function operation: traveling, lifting, and lateral fine-tuning. Per continuous casting requirements, the tundish must be pre-heated to 1,100°C before teeming. During positioning, the tundish elevates to protect nozzles; upon reaching the casting station, precise lateral alignment centers nozzles over the mold.
