In September 2019, the company signed a contract with Bolivia Tricar Steel Co., Ltd. for a 300,000-ton annual rebar production line at the Santa Cruz site. From contract signing to early 2023, the project completed installation and commissioning of the production line, now in full operation, with the three-year timeline primarily attributable to the COVID-19 outbreak.
